Police Blotter: Speedy Thief, DUI, Criminal Damage to Property

Suspended/revoked license

Zebadiah Jeremiah Williams, 23, of the 2100 block of Lilac Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. near West Diehl Road and Shore Road, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and improper plate/permit display. His bail was $1,500.

Thomas Eugene Pierce, 47, of the 200 block of Bedford Road in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. near 111th Street and 248th Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed and illegal possession/transportation of liquor. His bail was $3,000.

Warrant arrest

Terra Elaine McClain, 40, of the first block of Fernwood Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. in the 700 block of North Route 59, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bond was $350.

Criminal damage 

Robert John Jennings, 19, of the 3200 block of Cool Springs Court, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with criminal damage to property. His bond was $120.

Car burglary

A radio, subwoofer and amplifier were taken from a locked vehicle in the 800 block of Benedetti Drive, police said. 

Speedy thief 

A resident left their vehicle running in front of their home when they went inside to get something. Once they came back to the vehicle, someone stole a briefcase, power tool battery pack and a flashlight in the 1500 block of Abbotsford Drive, police said. 

Lost cellphone 

A cellphone was reported lost on Washington Street, police said. 

Stolen license plate

A license plate was stolen from a car in the 2100 block of Sand Island Court, police said.
