Police Blotter: Shattered Glass; Missing Rims

Naperville police reports, April 12.

Warrant arrest

Police said Demetrius L. Brown, 39, of the 1300 block of Ceaderwood Drive in Crest Hill, was arrested around 3:50 a.m. near the intersection of 95th Street and 248th Avenue on a warrant out of DuPage County. He was charged with improper use of a registration or title, disobeying a traffic signal, driving without a rear registration plate light and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was set at $1,500.

Criminal damage to property

Blake L. Fields, 18, of the 900 block of Airport Road in Mount Vernon, was arrested around 6 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave., and charged with knowingly damaging property. Police said his bail was set at $1,000.

Trespassing

Carrie N. Clark, 39, of the first block of 96th Court in Naperville, was arrested around 10 a.m. in the 500 block of Eagle Brook Lane and charged with criminal trespassing. Her bail was set at $1,500, police said.

Interfering with an officer

Najeea J. Walker, 19, of the 300 block of West Ogden Avenue in Naperville, was arrested around 1:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Ogden Avenue. Police said she was charged with two counts of interfering with an officer. Her bail was set at $120.

Shattered glass

A 77-year-old woman, of the 2500 block of Spartina Road in Naperville, reported that one of the upstairs bedroom windows of her residence was shattered. She said she believed the incident occurred between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Missing rims

Police said that some time between Monday and Tuesday, someone removed the tires and rims on three different vehicles parked at Toyota of Naperville, 1488 W. Ogden Avenue. The total loss was estimated to be $7,590.
