Carlos Barrera-Garcia, 20, of the 0-99 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Jefferson Avenue, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $2,000.
No valid registration

Petronilo Lopez-Castillo, 45, of the 100 block of Douglas Avenue, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. in the 1700 bock of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with no valid registration. His bond was $120.

Christopher Stanley Guzik, 20, of the 5800 block of North Corona Drive in Palatine, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. in the 100 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of liquor by a minor. His bond was $120.
Retail theft
Lesly Eve Fountain, 39, of the 1800 block of Broch Way in Montgomery, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged with two counts of retail theft. Her bail was $1,500.
Unlawful use of weapons
Carl Alan Houghton, 35, of the 800 block of Huntington Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Mill Street, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding in a school zone and unlawful use of weapons. His bail was $1,500.
Lost parrot
A green parrot was reported lost in the 1400 block of Lantern Circle, police said.
Catalytic converter stolen
A catalytic converter was cut from a vehicle in the 1400 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said.
Stolen purse
A purse was taken in the 3400 block of Odyssey Court, police said.
Groceries stolen
Groceries were taken once a week for 3 months in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said.
Lost wallet
A Hello Kitty wallet was reported lost in the 2800 block of Showplace Drive, police said.
Stray dogs return home
Stray dogs were returned to their owner in the 200 block East Bailey Road, police said.
