Police Blotter: Retail Theft, Battery, Stolen Bicycle

No driver's license
Petra Romero, 35, of the 800 block of Kane Street in Aurora, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. near North Aurora Road and Tudor Drive, Naperville Police Department said. She was charged with no driver’s license and operating a vehicle without insurance. Her bond was $200.

Isaac Isaiah Alexander, 22, of the 200 block of Roman Circle in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification. His bond was $150.
Battery

Keiyesha Marika Taylor, 32, of the 6800 block of Valley View in Hanover Park, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of West Lake Street in Hanover Park, police said. She was charged with battery and transported to DuPage County Jail.
Retail theft
- Nicolaza Alvarez-Cayetano, 49, of the 1200 block of Whispering Hills Court, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with retail theft and two failure-to-appear warrants. Her bond was $120.
- Delmi Castillo-Tupas, 34, of the first block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. in the 700 block of Testa Drive, police said. She was charged with retail theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Her bond was $150.
Stolen bicycle
A bike was stolen out of a garage in the first block of Huntington Circle, police said.
