Police Blotter: Public Indecency, DUI, Possession of Cannabis

Possession of a controlled substance

Samuel Robert Beard, 18, of the 25W 200 block of Gunston Avenue, was arrested at 1 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Public indecency 

Frank Michael Kasnick, 18, of the 800 block of Wellner Road, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with two counts of public indecency/lewd exposure. His bond was $300.

Suspended/revoked license

• Donald R. Phelps, 50, of the 700 block of Orchard Road in Aurora, was arrested at 7:29 a.m. in the 1800 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Clementine Thomas, 62, of the 2900 block of Normandy Road in Springfield, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. near West Ogden Avenue and Feldott Lane, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.

No license

Rosa Maria Camacho, 38, of the 600 block of Gates Street in Aurora, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Whispering Hills Drive, police said. She was charged with no driver's license and driving in the wrong lane. Her bond was $150.

Warrant arrest

Janette Francine Perez, 28, of the 300 block of West Ogden Avenue, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. near North River Road and West Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with no insurance, speeding and a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bond was $200.

Driving under the influence

Cynthia Mohn, 40, of the 200 block of Longridge Court, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. near Compass Court and Hobson Road, police said. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, failure to give aid or inform and improper lane usage. Her bond was $300.

Possession of cannabis

• Anthony Scot Jackson, 18, of the 1100 block of Preserve Avenue, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. in the 1300 block of Springdale Circle, police said. He was charged with driving with one headlamp and possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.
• David Aburto, 22, of the 200 block of West Arrowhead in North Aurora, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. north Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage, driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance and possession of cannabis. His bail was $2,000.

Stolen cell phone

A cell phone left unattended was reported stolen in the 400 block of Aurora Avenue, police said.

Wallet stolen

A wallet left in a car with the windows down was stolen in the 200 block of East Bailey Road, police said.
