Police Blotter: Prostitution, Stolen Precious Moments, Broken Flower Pots

Prostitution

Alecia Sontonya Marie Lonsdale, 37, of the 800 block of Corday Drive, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. at her home, said. She was charged with violating the massage licensing act and prostitution. Her bail was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

Jon Michael Dalsanto, 26, of the 600 block of North Hyde Park in Geneva, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. in the 0 block of North Washington Street and East Benton Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, street racing, driving without a license and a traffic control violation. Police said he was stopped in connection with disobeying a traffic control device and squealing his tires. His bail was $3,000. 

Warrant arrest

Jose M. Nicacio, 19, of the 700 block of Front Street in Aurora, was arrested at 1 p.m. at the , 1350 Aurora Ave., police said. He was charged on an original warrant connected to credit card fraud and forgery. His bail was $5,000.

Criminal damage

A 58-year-old man in the 1900 block of Golden Gate Lane reported that his plastic flower pots were damaged overnight, police said. 

Theft

  • A 36-year-old man in the 1200 block of Duke Court reported that scrap collectors took his ladder rack and precious moments dolls from in front of his home at about 1:30 p.m., according to police.
  • Police said an 18-year-old man in the 2700 block of Fitness Drive reported that his iPhone was taken off the gym floor where he left it unattended for a short period of time.

Suspicious circumstances

Someone reported seeing a man pointing what appeared to be a shotgun in the air near Plainfield-Naperville Road and Traymore Court, near the Springbrook Reclamation Center, police said. An extensive search of the area yielded no results. Police reports stated the man may have been hunting for ducks or geese.

Plainfield

Nicole Cohn, 21, 3603 Brooksedge, Naperville, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department at about 2:55 a.m. Dec. 24 at 135th Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08 and possession of drug equipment.
