Harassment by telephone

Philip Joseph Bellino, 49, of the 300 block of Cardinal Drive in Bloomingdale, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. near Interstate 355 and North Avenue in Lombard, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with violation of protection order, harassment through electronic communication, bail bond violation and harassment by telephone. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Ashley Lynn Nicole Mabry, 21, of the 200 block of Juniper Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. near South Naper Boulevard and Arlington Avenue, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance, speeding and prostitution. Her bail was $3,000.

Suspended/revoked license

Clinton E. Kovel, 35, of the 9000 block of West 67th Street in Hodgkins, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. near Plank Road and Naperville-Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and no rear registration plate. His bail was $1,500.

Promoting prostitution

Timonthy Lydell Bowie, 26, of the 1300 block of McDowell Road, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. in the 1400 block of Naperville-Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged with promoting prostitution and bail bond violation. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Possession of cannabis

Kayla Marley Budd, 18, of the 300 block of Pearson Circle, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. near South Eagle Street and Jackson Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was $120.

Driving under the influence

Jeyaratnam Rajaratnam, 61, of the 1400 block of Normantown Road, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. near Hobson Road and Olesen Drive, police said. He was charged with failure to reduce speed and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Disorderly conduct

David Lindsey Baber, 40, of the 900 block of East Chicago Avenue, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct and knowingly damaging property. He was transported to DuPage County Youth Home.

Wallet found

A wallet was found in the bushes at North Eagle and West 11th Street, police said.

Car burglary

A vehicle was entered and a black vinyl computer bag was stolen in the 500 block of Indian Hills Court, police said.

Graffiti

A pedestrian crossing sign was spray-painted in red near Sycamore Drive and Magnolia Lane, police said.
