Naperville Police Department reports, March 9-11

Friday, March 9

Driving under the influence

  • Melissa Anne Topolewski, 22, of the 3300 block of Bromley Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. near South Washington Street and West Jefferson Avenue, said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, driving too fast for conditions and leaving the scene of an accident. Her bond was $300.
  • Christina Lynn Boles, 21, of the 200 block of Woodlet Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. near Foxcroft Road and South Washington Street, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Her bond was $3,000.

Unlawful use of intoxicating compounds

Jason Michael Raysby, 18, of the 1000 block of Dickens Avenue, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. in the 900 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with unlawful use of intoxicating compounds. Police said he was huffing nitrous oxide from whip cream canisters. His bond was $1,500.

Uninsured

  • Police said Rafael Herrera, 35, of the 300 block of Cleveland Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. at the 2000 block of North Aurora Road. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, improper passing on the left and driving without a driver’s license. His bond was $2,000.
  • Kelly Symone McMath, 28, of the 800 block of Pomeroon Street, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. in the 1900 block of Glacier Park Avenue. She was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, expired registration and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bond was $2,000.

Prostitution

  • Ramon Anthony Ruiz, 44, of the 4000 block of North Fairfield Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged with prostitution. His bond was $1,500.
  • Fabricio Agusto Tovar-Rodriquez, 33, of the 300 block of Pine Street in Joliet, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, driving without a license and prostitution. His bond was $2,000.

Possession

Rachel Lynn Hayes, 20, of the 1000 block of Whitney Boulevard in Belvidere, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. near West Ogden Avenue and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis and illegal possession/transportation of liquor. Her bond was $120.

Vehicle damage

A vehicle that was parked in front of a residence on the 1600 block of Carnegie Court was egged overnight along with a neighbor’s vehicle. The house was also egged two weekends ago.

Saturday, March 10

Driving under the influence

  • Gaurav Anand, 35, of the 1200 block of Pennsbury Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to give a signal, improper lane usage. His bond was $3,000.
  • Police said Gregory Taylor Gill, 24, of the 800 block of Amli Court in Aurora, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. near Country Club Boulevard and West Diehl Road. He was charged with driving in the wrong lane and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $3,000.
  • Anthony James Beavers, 23, of the 3000 block of Tangley Oaks Trail in Lisle, was arrested at 4:05 a.m. near West Jefferson Avenue and South Main Street, police said. He was charged with disobeying a stop sign, operating an uninsured vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence. His bond was $3,000.
  • Police said Kevin Patrick Lynch, 31, of the 1600 block of Burlington Avenue in Lisle, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue. He was charged with unsafely backing up on a roadway and two counts of driving under the influence. His bond was $3,000.
  • Matthew Robert Kehring, 26, of the 6900 block of Oakbrook Road in Newark, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. near South Washington Street and Redstart Road, police said. He was charged with failure to give a signal, wrong lane usage, speeding over the statutory limit and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $3,000.
  • Police said Judita Januskevicius, 24, of the 5600 block of King Arthur Court in Westmont, was arrested at 4:21 a.m. on the 100 block of East I-88/North Route 59. She was charged with violating the Lights and Lamps Act, disobeying a stop sign, interfering with an officer and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bond was $3,000.

Battery

Jacob Robert Sagstetter, 19, of the first block of Norfolk Court, was arrested at 1:00 a.m. in the 300 block of South Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with battery, consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of liquor by a minor. His bond was $1,500.

Possession

Police said Kyle Patrick Reilly, 21, of the first block of Brownstone Court in Bloomington, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. in the 100 block of East Chicago Avenue. He was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $1,500.

Warrant arrest

Patricia Northington Windham, 57, of the 500 block of Kiowa Drive 104, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. at her residence, police said. She was charged on an outstanding warrant. Her bond was $1,000.

Vehicle damage

An 18-year-old male reported that someone sprayed his vehicle located on the 1600 block of Windward Court with silly string and punctured his front passenger side tire.

Hit, and runner

An intoxicated pedestrian dressed in dark clothes talking on their cell phone crossed Warrenville Road in the middle of the street while cars were coming. After being struck by a car, the suspect got up and continued running across the street. The actions caused a three-car accident. The individual was issued a citation.

Theft

  • A suspect walked out of a store on the 3100 block of 111th Street with $43.49 worth of unpaid food items in her purse.
  • A 52-year-old woman reported that several items of clothing were stolen from the washing machine in the common area of an apartment complex at the 400 block of East Bailey Road.
Sunday, March 11

Criminal damage

Police said Sean Alexander Levee, 24, of the 26W100 block of Bauer Road, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue. He was charged with criminal damage to a vehicle. His bond was $1,500.

Property damage

A 67-year-old woman reported that an unknown person threw an iron floral basket into her door on Feb. 19 breaking the basket.
