Operating a vehicle without insurance
Adolfo Lopez Villanueva, 36, of the 300 block of West Jefferson Avenue, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and Wild Cherry Road, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with no driver's license and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $2,000.

- Lisa Renee Elkins, 24, of the 24 W 700 block of Blackstone Court, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. in the 1800 block of West Diehl Road, police said. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and illegal possession/transportation of liquor. Her bond was $120.
- Patrick Joseph Heinz, 30, of the 3000 block of Sunburst Lane, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. in the 1800 block of West Diehl Road, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without insurance, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and traffic control violation. His bail was $2,000.
No driver's license
Carlos Rosas-Negrete, 34, of the 200 block of West Downer in Aurora, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South West Street, police said. He was charged with no dirver’s license and failure to reduce speed. His bail was $1,500.

Cannabis found
Two students had cannabis and paraphernalia in a dorm room at North Central College in the 100 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said.
Retail theft
Someone took a Nike baseball hat without paying for it in the 200 block of South Route 59, police said.
Graffiti
The word "Snow" was written in graffiti on two traffic signals near Charles Avenue and Chicago Avenue, police said.
Car burglary
A burglary to an car unlocked occurred in the 600 block of North Avenue, police said. A medical bag, older model GPS, phone charger and a Bluetooth were taken.
