Police Blotter: Possession of Cannabis, Home Egged, Party in the Front Seat
Naperville Police Department reports, March 21
No insurance
Cesar Maldonado, 25, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. near Route 59 and Brookdale Road, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and suspended registration. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
Possession of cannabis

Kevin Patrick Allison, 24, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. near Ashwood Road and 248th Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.
Driving under the influence

Steven Lewis Reiner, 48, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. near 95th Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.
Crown in the front seat
When police stopped a car near Douglas Avenue and North Washington Street. they discovered an open bottle of Crown Royal Black in the front seat, police said.
Home egged
Someone threw an egg at a home in the 900 block of North Eagle Street, causing a window to break, police said.
Suspicious incident on Conan Doyle Road
A bank-owned home in the 1700 block of Conan Doyle Road was reported to be entered overnight by the past resident. The former resident took property from the home, but it is unknown if the resident obtained consent from the bank to do so, police said.
