Police Blotter: Possession of Cannabis, Graffiti, Dog Comes Home

Obstructing justice
Jennifer Lynn O’Connor, 42, of the 2200 block of Woodland Circle, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. at her residence, Naperville Police Department said. She was charged with obstructing justice and no driver’s license. Her bond was $100.

Manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances
Mustafa Issam Habbal, 18, of the 1700 block of Denison Road, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. near West 75th Street and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances. His bond was $1,000.

Possession of cannabis
Shumiaye I. Z. Hall, 23, of the 2000 block of Vanderbilt Court, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. in the 1300 block of Plainfield Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, driving on a suspended/revoked license, operating a vehicle without insurance and no muffler/muffler defects. His bond was $200.
Warrant arrest
- Alexander Tevar, 42, of the 2300 block of Woodview Lane, was arrested at 3 p.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,500.
- Audrey Michelle Davis, 34, of the 30W 0-99 block of Mulberry Court, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. near Ferry Road and Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bond was $150.
- [Name Removed], 43, of the 1000 block of Atlantic Avenue in Hoffman Estates, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. near Raymond Drive and Ferry Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance and a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $300.
Mailbox mischief
A mailbox was smashed in the 5200 block of Coneflower Drive, police said.
Fence damaged
A fence slat was pulled from the fence in the 5300 block of Velvet Bent Court, police said.
Dog returns home
A stray dog was returned to its owner near Mandeville Lane and Lawrence Drive, police said.
Graffiti
The word "CHIEFS" was written on the wall of a shed in what appeared to be black marker in the 500 block of South Brainard Street, police said.
Car damaged
A license plate light was broken and the vehicle was scratched in a driveway in the 0-99 block of East Gartner Road, police said.
