Police Blotter: Possession, Burglary and Warrant Arrest

Naperville police reports, Nov. 17

Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License

  • Luther Christop Morris, 18, of the 11000 block of Legacy Drive in Plainfield, was arrested around 7:43 p.m. at the intersection of Beebe Drive and Fitness Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted $150 bond.
  • Michael Joseph Lach, 21, of the 1000 block of Leawood Drive in Joliet, was arrested around 9:06 p.m. at the intersection of West Ogden Avenue and Quincy Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He was released after posting $150 bond.

Driving Under the Influence

Matthew Lamont Freeman, 44, of the 1300 block of First Circuit, was arrested at the intersection of West Jefferson Avenue and South Mill Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control signal. He was released after posing $300 bond.

Warrant Arrest

Kenneth Bryan Rodriguez, 22, of the 3S700 block of Landon Drive in Warrenville, was arrested on a warrant around 9:06 p.m. at the intersection of West Ogden Avenue and Quincy Avenue, police said. He was transported to the DuPage County Jail and later released.

Possession

  • Alejandro Colin-Ramirez, 21, of the 500 block of White Oak Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested around 11:37 p.m. at the intersection of Hobson Road and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, not wearing a seat belt, illegal operation of sound-amplification, and not having a driver’s license. He was released after posting $150 bond.
  • Jason Munoz, 21, of the 100 block of Galewood Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested around 11:39 p.m. at the intersection of Hobson Road and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and not wearing a seat belt. He was released after posting $120 bond

Burglary

An 18-year-old woman told police that someone broke into her car in the 700 block of Torrington Drive and stole the car stereo between 10 p.m. Nov. 12 and 7 a.m. Nov. 13.

Lost Property

The manager of a business in the 100 block of West Jefferson Avenue told police there were missing items after completing inventory around 1:09 p.m. Thursday.

Lost/Found Animal

A one-year-old neutered male Havanese was found wandering in the area of 111th and 248th in Plainfield between 10:30 a.m. and 1:43 p.m. Thursday, police said. The animal was brought back to the .
