Suspended/revoked license
Bernardo Porcayo, 33, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. near North Route 59 and Brookdale Road, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.

- Kyle Ashley Bisbee, 25, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged on a warrant and posted bond.
- Jana Huffman Olin, 37, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. in the 1100 block of Starlite Court, police said. She was charged on a warrant and posted bond.
No insurance
Tonya Jasmin Sandoval, 21, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. near North Washington Street and East Warrenville Road, police said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. She posted bond.

Burglary
Between May 2012 and December 6, 2012 an unknown person removed multiple items from a house in foreclosure in the 600 block of Nanak Court, police said.
Picky eaters prohibited
Police said two people got into a heated argument with a restaurant manager over whether french fries should be touching food in their bag in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue. After the assistant manager gave the customers a warning, management chose to ban both people from the restaurant.
