Police Blotter: Pellet Gun Damage; Harrassment

Naperville police reports, May 4.

Missing bicycle

Police said a bicycle was stolen from a garage in the 1900 block of Carlsbad Drive in Naperville. They said they believed the theft occurred between 6 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Harassment

Jabar H. Washington, 37, of Chicago, was arrested around 2:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with harassment using electronic communications.

Driving under the influence of alcohol

Rebecca A. Zacha, 30, 1100 block of Daisy Lane in Naperville, was arrested around 3:15 a.m. near the intersection of 95th Street and Knoch Knolls Road, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal lane use, failure to reduce speed and driving without wearing a seat belt.

Warrant arrest

Jennifer T. Hooker, 33, of the 1000 block of Forestview Court in Naperville, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Tudor Drive and North Aurora Road on a warrant, police said.

Laquette D. Reed, 34, of Downers Grove, was arrested around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Washington Street and 10th Avenue on a warrant, police said. He was also charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding.

Possession of marijuana

Robert W. Hastings, 43, of the 1100 block of Burke Court in Naperville, was arrested around 5 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disregarding a stop sign.

Sign graffiti

Police said someone spray-painted a sign near the intersection of Stauffer and Candlenut drives in Naperville. They said they believe someone defaced the sign in the early morning.

Pellet gun damage

Police said someone shot a vehicle with a pellet gun in the 900 block of Hickory Lane. They said they believed the shots were fired between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. and that the BB was shot through the back windshield of the vehicle.
