Arson
Mark A. Hoen, 22, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. he was charged with criminal damage to property and residential arson. His bail was $10,000.

Nicholas R. Neubauer, 29, was arrested at 8:03 a.m. near Hassert Boulevard and South Route 59, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with no insurance. He posted bond.
Possession of drug paraphernalia

Mark Cordell Phillips, 27, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond.
Suspended/revoked license
Youthasine Phengsomphone, 45, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Burlington Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.
Driving under the influence
Gregory Ronald Sebby, 33, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. near West Street and Oswego Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.
Warrant arrest
Christopher Jacob Kresz, 28, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive, police said. He was charged on a warrant and posted bond.
Trouble in the neighborhood
After an ongoing neighborhood dispute both parties were advised to leave the other alone and call the Naperville Police Department if further assistance was needed in the 0-99 block of Raymond Drive, police said.
