Police Blotter: Litterbug Caught in the Act, Burglary, Dog Reunites With Owner

Suspended/revoked license
Bertha Anna Vargas, 39, of the 14000 block of Emerson Court in Plainfield, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. in the 100 block of North Route 59, Naperville Police Department said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance and not wearing a seat belt. Her bail was $2,000.

Rachael Marie Hudson, 24, of the 2700 block of Spinnaker Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. in the 3800 block of Mandeville Lane, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bail was $2,500.
Bicycle, cell phone stolen

While a man was sleeping, someone stole his bicycle and cell phone in the 100 block of Testa Drive, police said.
Burglary
A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of North Washington Street, police said.
Homeward bound
A stray was dog returned to its owner in the 100 block of 4th Avenue, police said.
Caught in the act
Someone was cited after they threw two plastic bottles from a moving car onto the roadway while police were behind them in traffic near South Mill Street and West Jefferson Avenue, police said.
School bus clipped
A white truck's passenger mirror came into contact with a bus, which was stopped waiting to unload a student when the white truck passed the bus. No information was left by the driver in the 0-99 block of South Eagle Street, police said.
