Police Blotter: Man Leaves Scene of Accident, Warrant, Suspended License

Leaving scene of accident

Joseph Cyral Kielma, 35, of the 2400 block of Royal Drive in Lombard, was arrested at 10:07 a.m. near Lawrence Drive and Orwell Road, the  said. He was charged with obstructing identification, driving on a suspended/revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident. He was transported to Will County Jail.

Warrant arrest

  • Paul Michael Salgado, 32, of the 1100 block of Vail Court, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on two counts of failure-to-appear warrants and transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Kristen M. Holmen, 25, of the 21W500 block of North Avenue in Lombard, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Tudor Drive, police said. She was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license and a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bond was $500.

Suspended/revoked license

  • Samuel Joseph Collier, 30, of the 200 block of North Lorel in Chicago, was arrested at 7:53 a.m. near North Route 59 and East Interstate 88, police said. He was charged with disobeying a traffic control device, driving on a suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle without insurance.
  • Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 24, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. near Jackson Avenue and South Main Street, police said. He was charged with driving on suspended/revoked license. His bond was $150.
