Donald James Chambers, 49, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. in the 700 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.

Jessica Lynn Cavanagh, 19, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged on a warrant. She posted bond.

Sweaty phone stolen
A cell phone was stolen from the inside of a shoe sitting next to an indoor basketball court at XSport Fitness, 2780 Fitness Drive, police said.
