Friday, Feb. 8

Warrant arrest

  • Hugo Zuniga, 26, of the 3S 500 block of Batavia Road in Warrenville, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. near Diehl Road and Winfield Road, police said. He was charged on a warrant. His bail was $2,500.
  • Fronie Lynn Watts, 27, of the 800 block of Laurel Avenue in Wilmington, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. near Montgomery and South Route 59, police said. She was charged on a warrant. Her bond was $750.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Suspended/revoked license

  • Joshua Edward Lawrence, 30, of the 800 block of Wheatland Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. near Aurora and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
  • Kyle Vandenburgh, 22, of the 800 block of Station Boulevard in Aurora, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. near West Ogden and Aurora, police said. He was charged with no front/rear plate/permit display and driving with a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
  • Tanya Cheney McBee, 42, of the 100 block of Concord Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. near 103rd and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and CRS registration. Her bail was $1,500.

  • Meghan Deann Brozenec, 25, of the 1800 block of Tall Oaks Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Diehl Road, police said. She was charged with improper parking on a roadway and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000. 
  • Matthew Roman Nowakowski, 22, of the 8800 block of South Harlem Avenue in Bridgeview, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. near Beebe Drive and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, disobeying a traffic control device and speeding. His bail was $3,000.

Sunday, Feb. 10

Warrant arrest

  • DeMarrion Demetrius Mayberry, 26, of the 900 block of West New York Street in Aurora, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged on a warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Jessica Elizabeth Smith, 24, of the 700 block of Serendipity Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. in the 500 block of Fort Hill Drive and Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged on a warrant. Her bond was $1,000.
  • Tasha Nicole Smith, 31, of the 700 block of Serendipity Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. near Fort Hill Drive and Aurora, police said. She was charged on a warrant. Her bail was $1,500.

Theft

Ronald A. Joyce, 60, of the 1700 block of Brookdale Road, was arrested at 8:48 a.m. in the 1300 block of East 87th Street, police said. He was charged with theft.

Hit and run 

Mike Lee Chung Fang, 44, of the 1100 block of Compass Court, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. in the 1200 block of Hobson Road, police said. He was charged with failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle. His bond was $120. 

Party foul

A man's iPhone 4 vauled at $300 was stolen while he held a party at his residence in the 300 block of Weatherford Lane, police said.

Wet bandit

Someone entered several buildings in the Huntington Condominiums complex and attempted to steal money from washing machines in the 0-99 block of Huntington Circle, police said.

Magic cards go poof

Two white males in their 20s were seen looking at rare Magic the Gathering playing cards on the store's video camera in the 1200 block of Rickert Drive, police said. Employees later discovered the cards were stolen.
