Police Blotter: Interfering With an Officer, Broken Windows and a Flasher

Wednesday, Sept. 21

Theft

Ariana Berenice Ojeda, 32, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. at a location on Aurora Avenue on a charge of theft, said. She posted bond. 

Burglary

Robert Guerrero, 18, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. at Route 59 and Butterfield Road on a charge of burglary, police said. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Interfering with an officer

  • Luis Edardo Moreno, 19, was arrested at 3:58 p.m. on Fort Hill Drive on a charge of interfering with an officer. He posted bond.
  • Jose Luis Moreno, 56, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on Fort Hill Drive on a charge of interfering with an officer. He posted bond.

Transporting alcohol

William Granger Hintze, 52, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue on a charge of transporting an open container of alcohol, police said. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Criminal damage

  • Nathan Thomas Wolff, 27, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of Heritage Hill Drive on a charge of criminal damage to a vehicle, police said. He posted bond.
  • A 42-year-old man in the 300 block of North Mill Street reported that between 5 p.m. Sept. 16 and 8:30 a.m. Sunday, on two occasions someone shattered the two driver-side windows and shattered the windshield, according to police.

Disorderly conduct

A 17-year-old woman reported that at the intersection of 95th and Book Road an unknown man exposed himself to her while she was running, police said.
