Police Blotter: Hit-and-Run Reported in Apartment Parking Lot

Driving under the influence

Kristy Lynn Womack, 22, of the 1900 block of South 59th Avenue in Cicero, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. near West Seventh Street and Shepherd Road, said. She was charged with failure to reduce speed, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.

Suspended/revoked license

Derrick Flournoy, 41, of the 200 block of Hudson Court in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with title possession offenses, c/r/s registration, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $2,000.

Warrant arrest

  • Grace M. Bashorun, 40, of the 2800 block of Vernal Lane, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant.

Criminal damage

An electrical box located on the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue was damaged between Friday and Monday, police said.

Hit-and-run

A 27-year-old man reported his vehicle was hit by an unknown vehicle sometime Sunday night while parked in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive, police said.
