Friday, Aug. 19

Suspended/Revoked License

  • Nathan V. Laka, 20, of the 800 block of Lawrence Avenue, West Chicago, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Route 59 on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license, police said. His bail was $1,500.
  • Amanda Lynn Almanza, 20, of the 1700 block of Calla Drive, Joliet, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. at Wehrlie Road and 75th Street on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating without insurance under a suspension, police said. Her bail was $3,000.

Fighting

Steveon Bernard Drisdell, 24, of the 0 block of University Parkway, Romeoville, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. in the 10 block of West Chicago Avenue on a charge of fighting, police said. His bond was $120. He was arrested after spitting on someone when he was refused re-entry to .

Warrant Arrest

Ashley N. Rickard, 18, of the 9500 block of South Carls Drive, Plainfield was arrested at 5:56 p.m. in the 3700 block of 111th Street on a Will County failure to appear warrant. She was taken to the Will County Jail.

Cannabis Possession

  • Ryan James Holda, 21, of the 6800 block of West 127th Street, Palos Heights, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Route 59 on a charge of possession of cannabis, more than 10 grams, police said. His bail was $1,500.
  • Richard Anthony Gumienny, 23, of the 600 block of East Chapin Street, Morris, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. at 111th Street and South Route 59 on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. His bond was $120.
  • Joseph Charles Frahm, 21, of the 1100 block of North Paulina Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Route 59 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, more than 10 grams, police said. His bail was $1,500.

Driving Under the Influence

  • Daniel James Qualtier, 42, of the 1300 block of Avon Court, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. in the 1200 block of Johnson Drive on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, not wearing a seat belt and driving without insurance, police said. His bail was $3,000.
  • Brittany Alise Countryman, 18, of the 600 block of East Chapin Street, Morris, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. at 111th Street and Route 59 on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs, police said. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Juan Gonzalez, 32, of the 1200 block of Stonecrop Lane, Joliet, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. at 75th Street and Shepherd Drive on charges of violating a traffic control device, illegal lane use, speeding more than 40 miles over the limit, driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to use a signal, police said. His bond was $100. He was speeding 96 mph in a 45 mph zone, police said.
  • Aryal Suzanne Eden, 19, of the 200 block of South Western Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. in the 2400 block of Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive on  two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and charges of illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and driving with only one light, police said. Her bail was $3,000.

Theft

  • A resident in the 1600 block of Westminster Drive, reported at 12:35 a.m. that someone took a new X-Games 20-inch BMX bike from the rear porch of his apartment and left behind an old Mongoose bike, police said.
  • Someone entered a garage in the 1000 block of Catalpa Lane between 10 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday, according to police. The person reportedly rummaged through two unlocked vehicles and took a pair of RayBan sunglasses.
  • Vehicles left unlocked in a garage were entered in the 300 block of Tan Oak Lane and rolls of coins were stolen out of one of the vehicles between 6 p.m. Thursday and 4 a.m. Friday, police said.
  • A woman’s older cruiser bike was stolen in the 2800 block of 95th Street, police said. A man was seen riding away on the bike.
  • Someone reported Friday that on Aug.16 they noticed five specially designed bras were missing. The bras were worth $100.
Saturday, Aug. 20

Cannabis Possession

Kevin Carl Marose, 21, of the 700 block of Bloomfield Lane, Aurora, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. at North Aurora Road and North Route 59 on charges of possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a traffic-control signal, police said. His bond was $120.

Driving Under the Influence

  • Kali Nichole Marsh, 21, of the 2200 block of Sweetbriar Street, Crest Hill, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. at South Washington Street and Sycamore Drive, police said. She was charged with speeding, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal lane use. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Josiah Deus Daclan, 22, of the 4300 block of Timber Ridge Court, Joliet, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. at South Route 59 and 79th Street on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, and charges of speeding and disobeying a traffic-control signal. His bail was $3,000.
  • Christopher Thomas Faurot, 30, of the 600 block of North Loomis Street, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and charges of driving without a license, not wearing a seat belt and operating without insurance, police said. His bail was $3,000.
  • Faith Christine Stika, 48, of the 24000 block of Pear Tree Circle, Plainfield, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. at East Jefferson Avenue and South Washington Street on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, a charge of operating an uninsured vehicle and a pedestrian right-of-way violation. Her bail was $3,000.

Warrant Arrest

  • Gena Annette Makowski, 41, of the 8200 block of Woodland Drive, Darien, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. at the on an original warrant for receiving illegal goods, police said. Her bond was $700.
  • Jerry Lee Johnson, 24, of the 500 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. in the 500 block of Kiowa Drive on an original warrant. His bond was $500.

Battery

  • Andrew David Verway, 18, of the 200 block of Amie Avenue, Hinckley, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. in the 900 block of Brainard Street where he was charged with battery, police said. His bail was $1,500.
  • Jonathan A. Franco, 19, of the 600 block of Sleight Street, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. in the 900 block of Brainard Street where he was charged with battery, police said. His bail was $1,500.
  • It was reported that between 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 12 and 7 p.m. Aug. 20 a male employee struck the buttocks of a female employee in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said.

Driving on a Suspended License

  • David Estrada, 20, of the 200 block of Louis Road, Joliet, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. at Leverenz Road and South Route 59 on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving with a defective side/rear/windshield, police said. His bail was $1,500.
  • Jorge Pichon, 30, of the 4600 block of Beau Bien, Lisle, was arrested at 7:02 a.m. at North Aurora Road and Pennsbury Lane in Aurora on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license, police said.

Fighting

Guillermo Garcia-Garduno, 24, of the 1200 block of Gates Street, West Chicago, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue on a charge of fighting, police said. His bond was $120.

Theft

Someone reported that a cellular phone was stolen after it was left in a women’s bathroom stall in the 2800 block of Showplace Drive, police said.

Sunday, Aug. 21

Simple Battery

Michael Anthony Ramirez, 54, of the 1800 block of South Washington Street, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. in the 900 block of East Ogden Avenue on a charge of battery, police said. Ramirez was a patron in a restaurant and he was upset that it took 20 minutes to cook his hamburger, police said in reports. He swore at the manager and threw a handful of change at him, striking him in the upper left shoulder. His bail was $1,500.

Driving Under the Influence

  • Kurt Daniel Neubauer, 26, of the 2500 block of Lincolnwood Court, Aurora, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. at South Route 59 and McCoy Drive on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, disobeying a traffic signal, possession of cannabis, less than 2.5 grams, operating an uninsured vehicle, driving on a suspended/revoked license and failing to give a signal. His bail was $3,000.
  • Stacey Lynn Subject, 27, of the 1800 block of West Henderson, Chicago, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. at Jackson Avenue and South Washington Street on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a traffic-control violation, police said. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Shawn Michael Moor, 34, of the 1700 block of Aspen Drive, Crown Point, Ind., was arrested at 2:12 a.m. at West Ogden Avenue and Fort Hill Drive on charges of speeding over the limit, expired registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Darius Levar Humphrey, 25, of the 800 block of Netheran Drive, Hermitage, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. at South Washington Street and Jackson Avenue on charges of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving the wrong way and operating an uninsured vehicle, police said. His bail was $3,000.

Warrant Arrest

  • Rogelio Vazquez, 47, of the 1200 block of Kings Court, West Chicago, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. in the 2000 block of Tamahawk Lane on charges of driving without a license, driving without insurance and on a DuPage County warrant. His bail was $2,000.
  • Patrick Michael Griffin, 38, of the 700 block of Burning Tree Lane, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. at East Hillside Road and South Washington Street on a failure to appear warrant, police said. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Resisting Arrest

Douglas Scott Carncross, 26, of the 21000 block of Edison Lane, Plainfield, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. in the 10 block of West Jefferson Avenue on charges of injuring or killing a police animal, criminal trespass to a vehicle and resisting a police officer, police said. His bail was $1,500.

Retail Theft

Andrew Park Koh, 19, of the 1400 block of Green Trails Drive, was arrested in the 700 block of South Route 59 on a charge of retail theft, police said. His bail was $1,500.

Criminal Trespass to Property

Daniel Gordon Rupert, 58, of the 100 block of South Whispering Hills Drive, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. in the 100 block of East 5th Avenue on a charge of criminal trespass to land. His bail was $1,500. An officer manager found him sleeping on the first floor of the building.

Cannabis Possession

Janet Heather Niesen, 26, of the 2500 block of Lincolnwood Court, Aurora, was arrested at 3:32 a.m. at South Route 59 and McCoy Drive on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was $120.

Suspended/Revoked License

Stephan Jameson Baldwin, 24, of the 500 block of Palace Avenue, Aurora, was arrested in Naperville at 5:20 p.m. on charges of driving with an expired registration and driving on a suspended/revoked license, police said. His bail was $1,500.
