Driving Under the Influence

Javier Garcia, 29, of the 600 block of Claim Street in Aurora, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Aurora Avenue and South Route 59 and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license, failure to dim headlights and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was set at $3,000.

Warrant Arrest

Anselmo Tochimani, 22, of the 1000 block of Tollview Avenue in Aurora, was arrested around midnight at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave., on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was set at $160.

Possession of Marijuana

Ivan Ivanovich Skachkov, 18, of the 600 block of South Charles Avenue in , was arrested around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Wilshire Drive and South River Road. He was charged with possession of liquor by a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of liquor by a driver. His bail was set at $1,500.

Cameron A. Battiste, 28, of the 2400 block of Cranberry Lane in Aurora, was arrested around 4:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Diehl Road and charged with possession of more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams of marijuana. His bail was set at $1,500.

Failure to Notify Police

Kathryn A. Miller, 23, of the 1000 block of Fairway Drive in , turned herself in around 1:20 a.m. at the and was thereafter charged with failure to notify police about an accident involving vehicle damage. Police said Miller told them she fell asleep at the wheel early Saturday while driving her 2007 Mini Cooper and , 304 S. Route 59. She then fled the scene. Her bail was set at $1,500.

Driving Under the Influence

Laura G. Berrutti, 37, of the 500 block of North Hickory Street in Joliet, was arrested around 3:20 a.m. near the intersection of 111th Street and South Route 59. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count each of aggravated driving under the influence, driving without a valid driver's license and improper lane use.

Julio Rivas-Rodriguez, 29, of the 200 block of East Benton Street in Aurora, was arrested around 2:45 a.m. near the intersection of West Jefferson Avenue and North Route 59. He was charged with driving without a valid driver's license, improper lane use, driving without wearing a seat belt, disobeying a traffic control signal and two counts of driving under the influence. His bail was set at $3,000.

Nathan A. Lovik, 22, of the 300 block of Collen Drive in Lombard, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of Seventh Avenue and North Washington Street and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count each of improper lane use and violating the lights and lamps act. His bail was set at $3,000.

Amanda L. Sparr, 29, of the 1700 block of Brookdale Road in , was arrested around 1 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Route 59. She was charged with illegal lane use, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a driver's license in her possession and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was set at $3,000.

Resisting a Peace Officer

Scott D. Fecht, 21, of the 11200 block of Anvil Court in , was arrested around 1:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive and charged with possession of more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams of marijuana and resisting a peace officer.

Possession of a Controlled Substance

Jaymes A. Lindbloom, 19, of the 24W400 block of Laurel Drive in , was arrested around 11:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Battery

Daniel J. Neitzel, 23, of the 200 block of Keck Avenue in Aurora, was arrested around midnight in the first block of West Chicago Avenue and charged with battery. His bail was set at $1,500.

Driving Under the Influence

Judson J. Bell, 49, of the 900 block of Park Hill Circle in Aurora, was arrested around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of 95th Street and South Route 59 and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane use. His bail was set at $3,000.

Jonathan Gutierrez, 21, of the 1000 block of Lisa Boulevard in Aurora, was arrested around 2:15 a.m. near the intersection of North Aurora and Frontenac roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His bail was set at $3,000.

Mark A. Lacuata, 24, of the 3700 block of Thoroughbred Lane in Joliet, was arrested around 2:15 a.m. near the intersection of South Route 59 and Alice Lane and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use. His bail was set at $3,000.

Criminal Damage to Property

Joseph A. Angileri, 29, of the 600 block of Angelica Lane in Roscoe, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue and charged with criminal damage to property. His bail was set at $120.

Chans B. Weber, 28, of the 7600 block of Gladstone Drive in , was arrested around 12:30 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue and charged with criminal damage to property. His bail was set at $120.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Samuel W. Philson, 43, of the 300 block of 32nd Avenue in Bellwood, was arrested around 9 p.m. near the intersection of North Route 59 and West Diehl Road and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $5,000.

Warrant Arrest

Michael D. Bradley, 18, of the 2300 block of Clubhouse Avenue in , was arrested around 10 p.m. in the 700 block of Inland Circle on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was set at $6,000.

Myron D. Ester, 42, of the 300 block of North River Road in Aurora, was arrested around 10 p.m. in the 100 block of Sandalwood Drive on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was set at $5,000.

Calvin K. Schmidt, 21, of the 900 block of Foxview Drive in Joliet, was arrested around 11:45 a.m. near the intersection of South Route 59 and Beebe Drive on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was set at $2,500.

Aaron T. Bundy, 22, of the 3000 block of Serenity Lane in , was arrested around 6:30 p.m. at his home on a failure-to-appear warrant. He also was charged with assault. His bail was set at $20,000.

Warrant Arrest

Krystal R. Lara, 18, of the 1700 block of Cumberland Green in St. Charles, was arrested around 6 p.m. near the intersection of North Route 59 and Ferry Road on a failure-to-appear warrant. She also was charged with failure to reduce speed and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bail was set at $500.

Carlos Velasco, 36, of the 400 block of Standish Court in Bolingbrook, was arrested around 1:15 a.m. near the intersection of Royce Road and South Washington Street on two failure-to-appear warrants. His bail was set at $5,000.

Driving Under the Influence

Anthony J. Valerio, 34, of the 1500 block of Arlington Street in Bolingbrook, was arrested around 1:15 a.m. near the intersection of South Washington Street and Royce Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, squealing/screeching tires, speeding over the statutory limit and improper lane use. His bail was set at $3,000.

Stolen Cash

A 33-year-old man, who brought his car for a wash to Major League Auto Spa, 1090 E 75th St. in , around 3 p.m., reported that $1,723 was missing from his vehicle. He said the money was stolen between 3:10 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
