Police Blotter: DUI While Texting, Retail Theft, Vandalism, Lost Dog

Retail theft

Kenneth Roxas Reyes, 32, of the 2500 block of Crystal Court in Woodridge, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with retail theft, possession of stolen property and theft of lost/mislaid property. His bond was $150.

Manufacturing/delivery of cannabis

Isaiah Jacob Moore, 23, of the 800 block of Eighth Street in Racine, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue, police said. He was charged with manufacturing/delivery of cannabis and transported to DuPage County Jail.

  • Michael Jay Dehnel, 50, of the 2400 block of Falmbeau Drive, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. near West 75th Street and Beebe Drive, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield to private road or drive. His bail was $3,000.
  • Evette Lozoya, 33, of the 2000 block of Fox Pointe Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. near Fort Hill Drive and West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle while texting and speeding. Her bail was $3,000.

Car egged

A car was egged overnight on Tuesday in the 700 block of Royal Saint George, police said.

Stolen shades, computer

A computer and sunglasses were taken from a vehicle overnight in the 3900 block of Nighthawk Court, police said.

Car entered

An unlocked vehicle was entered and nothing was taken in the 1200 block of Chalet Road, police said.

Lost Beagle

A beagle was reported in the area of Naper Boulevard and Chicago Avenue, police said.

Bike found

A bike was found in the brush in the 1000 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said.

Retail theft

Various electronics and automotive parts were stolen after someone placed them in their pockets and down their pants in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said.

Car burglarized

A car was burglarized in the first block of South River Road, police said.

Vandalism

  • A vehicle hood and grill were scratched in the first block of East Jefferson Avenue, police said.
  • A vehicle's convertible top was damaged while parked in a parking lot in the 800 block of Benedetti Drive, police said.
