Police Blotter: DUI, Warrant Arrest, Vase Goes Missing

Warrant arrest

Lorita Chanel Swanigan, 33, of the 500 block of Kiowa Drive, was arrested at 10 p.m. in the 1600 block of Ishnala Drive, Naperville Police Department said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bail was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

Steven Byron Heckard, 35, of the 2300 block of Briarhill Drive, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. near South Washington Street and West 87th Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Stolen vase

A vase was stolen from an employee break room in the 200 block of Martin Avenue, police said.
