Naperville Police Department reports, Sept. 21-23

Friday, Sept. 21

No driver's license

  • Jose Dejesus Ortegaalvarado, 50, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. near West Ogden Avenue and West Jefferson Avenue, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with no driver’s license and failure to give a signal. His bail was $1,500.
  • Jesus Montano, 32, of the 4300 block of South Honore Street in Chicago, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. near East Jefferson Avenue and South Ellsworth Street, police said. He was charged with no driver’s license and violating the Lights & Lamps Act. His bail was $1,500.

Saturday, Sept. 22

Driving under the influence

Donald Richard Limmer, 29, of the 700 block of North Loomis Street, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. near West Jefferson Avenue and Ambassador Drive, police said. He was charged with failure to right-of-way for emergency vehicle, failure to give a signal, speeding, crossing the double yellow lines, violation of bail bond and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Warrant arrest

  • George Kizyszdof Puszczynski, 22, of the 100 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $1,075.
  • Treaver Davis Millard, 22, of the 300 block of East Kirk Gate in Lee, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. in the 400 block of South Main Street, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $425.

Theft of motor fuel

  • Natalie Lynn Cobb, 23, of the 1400 block of East Washington Boulevard in Fort Wayne, was arrested at 4:06 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with obstructing justice, no front/rear plate/permit display, no rear registration and theft of motor fuel. Her bail was $1,500.
  • Cesar Flores, 36, of the 1400 block of East Washington Boulevard in Fort Wayne, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification, obstructing justice, theft of motor fuel and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Theft

Carl Edward Tidmore, 44, of the 2000 block of West 69th Street in Chicago, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Naper Boulevard, police said. He was charged with theft and two counts of knowingly damaging property. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Possession of cannabis

Patrick Michael Oday, 19, of the 40W800 block of McDonald Road in Campton Hills, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. in the first block of South Whispering Hills Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Sunday, Sept. 23

Battery

Joel Avery Williams, 26, of the 26W600 block of Prarie Avenue in Warrenville, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. in the 200 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with battery and battery/bodily harm. His bail was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

  • Surinder P. Joshi, 49, of the 1300 block of Modaff Road, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. in the 700 block of Torrington Drive, police said. He was charged with failure to give a signal and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Tracey Denise Wilson-Sauerman, 41, of the 1500 block of Country Lakes Drive, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, police said. She was charged with illegal lane usage, failure to right-of-way for an emergency vehicle, improper lane change and two counts of driving under the influence. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Joseph Michael Cortese, 29, of the 1600 block of Clement Street in Crest Hill, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. near 111th Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with violation of bail bond, failure to give a signal, two counts of endangering the health/life of a child, illegal lane usage, not wearing a seat belt, improper turn at an intersection and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to Will County Jail.

Warrant arrest

  • Jamel Marquis Finley, 25, of the 500 block of South Broadway in Aurora, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with two failure-to-appear warrants and transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Sherette Olympia Johnson, 25, of the 500 block of South Broadway in Aurora, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged with two failure-to-appear warrants and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Property damage

A window at Brookdale Elementary School was damaged by a BB or pellet sometime in late August in the 1200 block of Redfield Road, police said.

Alcohol stolen

Six bottles of champagne and vodka were stolen in the 3100 block of South Route 59. Police said the suspect is a man in his 20s with braids.

Stolen wallets 

  • A suspect was caught by loss prevention after stealing a wallet from an elderly woman’s purse in the 1300 block of Naper Boulevard, police said.
  • A wallet was stolen from a center console of car in the 1400 block of Calcutta Lane, police said.

Return to sender

A mailbox was found at Prairie Park after being removed from a yard in the 1100 block of Cheshire Avenue, police said.
