Friday, Aug. 10 

Driving under the influence

Denise Agnes Grad, 52, of the 16600 block of Lismore Court in Tinley Park, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. near West Ogden Avenue and Valley Drive, said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, no driver’s license, improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.

Jeffery Lee Wright, 56, of the 1000 block of Elizabeth Avenue, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. in the 1700 block of Raymond Drive, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage and leaving the scene of an accident. His bail was $1,500.

  • Mark James Rone, 44, of the 20000 block of McGlivary Drive in Lockport, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and operating a motorcycle without special equipment/protective eye-wear. His bail was $1,500.
  • Charmaine Nichole Jay, 36, of the 1300 block of Crab Apple Court, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Webster Street, police said. She was charged with expired registration and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bail was $1,500.

Retail theft

Jia Li, 27, of the 4600 block of South Wood Street in Chicago, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive, police said. He was charged with retail theft and his bond was $120.

Warrant arrest

Nahum Resendiz, 32, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail.

No driver's license

Ariel Vizcarra, 30, of the 400 block of North Union Street in Aurora, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. near West Ogden Avenue and Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with no driver’s license. His bail was $1,500.

Saturday, Aug. 11

Possession of a controlled substance

Kodi Tyler Rosenberg, 19, of the 2300 block of Overlook Court, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. near Tudor Drive and North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Suspended/revoked license

  • Bradford Jamal Clark, 26, of the 4900 block of North Monticello in Chicago, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. in the first block of West Van Buren Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
  • Salvador Aldana-Contreras, 33, of the 400 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. near South Washington Street and Bluebird Lane, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and not wearing a seat belt. His bail was $1,500.
  • Martece Trivel Saulsberry, 22, of the 2200 block of Bannister Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.

Possession of cannabis

  • Ricky Allen Glover, 30, of the 100 block of Douglas Avenue, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. in the 100 block of Douglas Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.
  • Daniel Valencia, 20, of the 600 block of Mountain Street in Aurora, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, possession of liquor by a minor, consumption of alcohol by a minor, driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance, possession of cannabis and driving under the influence of drugs. His bail was $3,000.

Interfering with an officer

Akeno Wayland Millwood, 26, of the 1300 block of Hamlet Road, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.

Driving under the influence

Cassandra Ashley Duffy, 23, of the 100 block of North 3rd Street in Aurora, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. near West Ogden Avenue and Shandrew Drive, police said. She was charged with speeding, improper lane usage, failure to give a signal and driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.

Sunday, Aug. 12

Battery  

  • Jay Raymond Alley, 22, of the 2100 block of Hull Court, was arrested at 2 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery and battery/bodily harm. His bail was $1,500. 
  • Markus Jeffrey Ellis, 22, of the 600 block of Lavina Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 4:38 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery and battery/bodily harm. His bail was $1,500.
  • Sanjay Shankerbhain Patel, 35, of the 16000 block of South 84th Avenue in Tinley Park, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. in the 200 block fo South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with battery and battery/bodily harm. His bail was $1,500.

Speeding 40 MPH over limit

Roldan Nathan Garza, 28, of the 800 block of 6th Avenue, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. near Ranchview Drive and East 75th Street, police said. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid registration, title/registration offenses, speeding 40 MPH over the limit and street racing. His bail was $2,000.

Aggravated driving under the influence

Bret William Darnell, 41, of the 100 block of Clark Street in Sandwich, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. near Shandrew Drive and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with failure to give a signal, aggravated driving under the influence/suspended/revoked license and speeding. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Driving under the influence

Mary Antoinette Wade, 24, of the 1600 block of Newcastle Avenue in Westchester, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. near East New York Street and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with following too close, crossing double yellow lines and driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.

Half cabbie, half superhero

Reggional Jevon Williams, 20, of the 1400 block of 18th Avenue in Maywood, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. in the 100 block of Testa Drive, police said. He was charged with theft of labor/services after fleeing a cab without paying for a $77.05 fare. After running, the driver caught the offender and detained him until police arrived. He was transported to DuPage County Bond Court.

Vandalism

A rock was thrown through a window in the 1900 block of Oxley Circle, police said.

Busted

Three white males were found in a garage in the 1500 block of Vest Drive, but took off running once the homeowner found them, police said. No vehicles were entered and nothing in garage was taken.

Theft 

A catalytic converter was removed from a box truck in the 500 block of South Route 59, police said.

Bike stolen

A bike was stolen from an open garage in the 1400 block of Brush Hill Circle, police said.

Lights are on, but no one's home

An intoxicated person could not explain why he was on his neighbor's front porch and was later cited for illegal consumption in the 1500 block of Clyde Drive, police said.

Car burglarized

A car was burglarized in the 1000 block of Whirlaway Avenue, police said.
