Police Blotter: DUI, Possession of Cannabis, Spring Brook Elementary Window Broken

Naperville Police Department reports, April 30

Tuesday, April 30

DUI

Jeffery Jerome Kusch, 46, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. near 75th Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Reckless driving

Adam Omar Henry, 23, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. near Beebe Drive and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with reckless driving. He posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Christopher Andrew Benesz, 31, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. 

Possession of cannabis

Tyler James Frank, 21, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. near Wolfs Crossing Road and 248th Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.

Vehicles entered

  • An unlocked vehicle was ransacked, but nothing was taken in the 900 block of Amberwood Circle, police said. 
  • An unlocked vehicle was entered in the 800 block of Lockwood Circle, police said. 

Spring Brook Elementary window broken

An exterior window of Spring Brook Elementary school was broken by an unknown object. The damage is estimated at $600, police said.
