Police Blotter: DUI, Fighting, Possession of Cannabis

Naperville Police Department reports, July 3

Tuesday, July 3

Driving under the influence  

Jonathan Andrew Hall, 25, of the 300 block of Rogers Court in West Chicago, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. near East 5th Avenue and North Washington Street,  said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His bail was $3,000.

Fraudulent ID 

Deividas Dzikevicius, 18, of the 500 block of Roxbury Drive, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. in the 3200 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of possession of a fraudulent ID card, resisting a peace office, consumption of alcohol by a minor and two counts of fictitious/unlawful altered ID. He was transported to Will County Jail.

Fighting 

  • Robert Eloy Strube, 24, of the first block of Keepataw Court in Lemont, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 800 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with fighting and interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.
  • Cynthia Marie Martinez, 21, of the 2900 block of Dale Court in Montgomery, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. in the 900 block of West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with fighting and interfering with an officer. Her  bond was $120.

Dalia Marie Nilles, 40, of the 2900 block of Dale Court in Montgomery, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. in the 900 block of West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with interfering with an officer. Her bond was $120.

Soliciting without a permit

Mark Ladell McDaniel, 36, of the 600 block of Eight Street in Winnsboro, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. in the 400 block of Quail Drive, police said. He was charged with soliciting without a license. His bond was $120.

Possession of cannabis 

  • Justein Thomas Cook, 20, of the first block of Sonora Road in Montgomery, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. in the 700 block of South West Street, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.
  • Chad Nicholas Baleskie, 28, of the 700 block of Morningside Drive, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. in the 500 block of West 5th Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. His bail was $1,500.

Warrant arrest  

  • Ashely Lee O’Brien, 23, of the 1500 block of Lighthouse Drive, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bond was $200.
  • Lucas Kent Johnson, 19, of the 500 block of East Chicago Avenue, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $1,000.

Suspended/revoked license 

Edward Warren Tolbert, 33, of the 2800 block of Vernal Lane, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving on suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle without insurance.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Cearron Valentina Bagenda, 20, of the 4800 block of Fesseneva Lane, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. near Book Road and Hassert Boulevard, police said. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was $120.

Stolen cell phone

A cell phone was stolen after she left it sitting on a cashier’s counter in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said.

Laptop, GPS taken

A laptop and GPS were taken from an unlocked car in the 2100 block of Wicklow Road, police said.

Property damage

The door lock of a main entrance was damaged in the 1200 block of Hobson Road, police said.

Hit and run

A car was hit overnight in the first block of Bluebird Lane, police said.

Bracelet stolen and a switch-a-roo

A female took a bracelet from a store and put it into her bag and also switched price tags on more expensive items and walked out of the store in the 2500 block of West 75th Street, police said.
