Friday, Aug. 31

Possession of a controlled substance

Ethan Albert Chaiko, 17, of the 2800 block of Gypsum Circle, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. at his home, said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance. His bail was $7,500.

Elmo McKinney, 41, of the 300 block of East Kendall Drive in Yorkville, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. near I-55 and Lemont Road, police said. He was charged with theft of labor/services and criminal trespass to a vehicle. His bond was $300.

Suspended/revoked license

Jamie Lee Behun, 22, of the 15300 block of Poppy Lane in Plainfield, was arrested at 2:59 a.m. in the first block of Ferry Road, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, disobeying a traffic control device, operating a vehicle without insurance and obstructing identification. Her bail was $2,000.

Driving under the influence

  • Morgan Andrew Eipers, 43, of the 300 block of Tupelo Drive, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. near East 75th Street and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
  • Tiffany Victoria Taylor, 23, of the 2800 block of Frances Lane in Montgomery, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. near West Ogden Avenue and Shandrew Drive, police said. She was charged with speeding, improper passing and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Justin Michael Ramey, 30, of the 2400 block of Westleigh Court in Aurora, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. in the first block of West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Edgar Holmes, 66, of the 600 block of Hammel Street in Aurora, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. in the 1900 block of Springbrook Square Drive, police said. He was charged with no driver’s license, using unsafe tires and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.

Theft

Thomas James Mitchell, 39, of the 1300 block of Garfield in aurora, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 200 block of North River Street in Montgomery, police said. He was charged with theft of lost or mislaid property. His bail was $5,000.

Saturday, Sept. 1

Possession of drug paraphernalia

  • Miguel Guadalupe Cervantes, 20, of the 5700 block of Lake Pointe Drive in Plainfield, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.
  • Brian Patrick Noone, 18, of the 2600 block of Rockport Lane, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. in the 4100 block of Royal Mews Circle, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was $5,000.

Possession of cannabis

Justin Paul Wirth, 29, of the 2400 block of Woodlake Court, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with no driver’s license, failure to give a signal, no front/rear plate/permit display, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. His bond was $150.

Driving under the influence

  • Kevin Thomas Dizon, 26, of the 1200 block of Calico Avenue, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. near West Van Buren and South Main Street, police said. He was charged with improper u-turn and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Stefanie Marie McKenna, 37, of the 9500 block of White Willow Road in Morris, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. near North Washington Street and West Bauer Road, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bond was $300.
  • Lori Ann Ochoa, 30, of the 900 block of Hinman in Aurora, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. near South Washington Street and East Hillside Road, police said. She was charged with obstructing identification, speeding, no driver’s license illegal lane usage, operating a vehicle without insurance and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Mathew Mark Schumacher, 23, of the first block of Elizabeth Lane in Downers Grove, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. in the 1400 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Warrant arrest

  • Megan Kathleen McCarthy, 27, of the 2300 block of New Haven Court, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. at her home, police said. She was charged with interfering with an officer and a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bail was $6,000.
  • Albert Edward Namen, 29, of the 1300 block of Peshtigo Avenue, was arrested at 9:17 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $5,000.

Criminal trespass

  • James Donald Healy, 22, of the 400 block of Aspen Court, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle and assault. His bail was $1,500.
  • Tyrand K. Williams, 22, of the 100 block of Sawyer Avenue in La Grange, was arrested at 12:33 a.m. in the first block of West Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with criminal damage to state property, resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass to land. His bail was $1,500.

Battery

Ivan Ivanovich Skachkov, 19, of the 600 block of South Charles Avenue, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. in the 800 block of East Hillside Road, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification and battery. He was transported to DuPage County Bond Court.

Possession of cannabis

Michael Marchiori, 23, of the 6100 block of North Ozark Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. near Breckenridge Lane and Plainfield Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Carmen Contreras, 49, of the 5300 block of South Pulaski Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. in the 1200 block of East Indian Trail Road in Aurora, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $1,000.

Sunday, Sept. 2

Driving under the influence

  • Arthur Seregi Haraldsen, 30, of the 700 block of Oakwood Drive in Westmont, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. near East Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with reckless driving, interfering with an officer and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
  • Marcus Jay Hill, 26, of the 600 block of Grand Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive, police said. He was charged with illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of drugs and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Paul Michael Bucek, 39, of the 3S 600 block of Virginia Avenue in Warrenville, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. near North Washington Street and West Warrenville Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance and speeding. His bond was $300.
  • Srinivasa Rao Vamaraju, 47, of the 3200 block of Haverhill Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. near Tudor Drive and North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

No driver's license

Brenda Almanza, 21, of the 30W 20 block of Pomeroy Street in West Chicago, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. at her home, police said. She was charged with no driver’s license and failure to notify damage to unattended vehicle. Her bond was $150.

Retail theft

  • Antonio Navarro, 43, of the 1100 block of Mulberry Street in Ottawa, was arrested at 12:37 p.m. in the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive, police said. He was charged with retail theft. His bond was $150.
  • Kelly Anne Lee, 47, of the 4500 block of Beau Monde Drive in Lisle, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bond was $150.

Warrant arrest

Michael Riley Parkhurst, 34, of the 1900 block of Appaloosa Drive, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. near Appalosa Drive and Ranchview Drive, police said. He was charged with disobeying a stop sign, driving on a suspended/revoked license and four failure-to-appear warrants. His bail was $1,500.

Property damage

Glass on a front door was shattered and a garage window was cracked in the 1700 block of Windward Avenue, police said.
