Naperville Police Department reports, Jan. 25 - 27

Friday, Jan. 25

Possession of cannabis

Thomas Raymond Smith, 20, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. near 83rd Street and South Route 59, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.

Driving under the influence

Susan R. Benes, 50, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. in the 1200 block of Rickert Drive, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 

Retail theft

Kenneth Lin, 25, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Suspended/revoked license

Brandon Cabrera, 19, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. near Fort Hill Drive and Carrolwood Road, police said. He was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond. 

Warrant

Arturo Andrade, 36, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. near Modaff Road and West 75th Street, police said. He was charged with a warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Saturday, Jan. 26

Driving under the influence

  • Nadezda Sergeevna Corsello, 28, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. near Route 59 and Beebe Drive, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 
  • Aaron Albert Carline, 37, was arrested at 10 p.m. in the 1700 block of Freedom Drive, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

No license

Cesar Silva, 40, was arrested at 8:48 a.m. near Fairway Drive and Burke Court, police said. He was charged with no driver's license. He posted bond. 

Retail theft

  • Sheri Anne Kivett, 46, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail. 
  • Ryan N. Beseke, 26, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Suspended/revoked license

Jorge Louis Palma, 21, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. near Whispering Hills Drive and Encina Drive, police said. He was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond. 

Unlawful use of a weapon

Edward John Slezak, 33, was arrested at 10 p.m. in the 1700 block of Freedom Drive, police said. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Sunday, Jan. 27

Fighting

  • Jessica marie Manhur, 27, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged with fighting. She posted bond. 
  • Kenneth Saxton Davis, 21, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with fighting. He posted bond. 
  • Nicholas Stephen Galanes, 24, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged with fighting. She posted bond. 

Driving under the influence

William Long Xiao, 23, was arrested at 2 a.m. in the 800 block of North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Possession of cannabis

  • Bernard James Mack, 20, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. in the 400 block of South Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 
  • Spencer Lee Schroeder, 25, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Route 59, police said. he was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 
  • Joshua Dalton Liechty, 22, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.

No insurance

Jacqueline Marie Lozada, 26, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. near Route 59 and West Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. She posted bond.  

Treadmill troubles

A resident in their apartment was unhappy that their neighbor was running on his treadmill. Both residents were told that there is no criminal violation and were referred to the apartment's HOA in the 500 block of East Bailey Road, police said. 

Faceplate stolen

A vehicle was entered and a stereo faceplate was stolen in the 1100 block of Hyde Park Lane, police said.
