Police Blotter: DUI Arrest, Stolen Cellphone, Lost Tablet

Theft of labor/services

John Carl Heerhold, 44, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with theft of labor/services. He posted bond.

Driving under the influence

John Albert Neis, 52, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. near River Road and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

No insurance

Luis Alfonso Lupian, 26, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. near I-88 and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond. 

Warrant arrest

Dominique Maurice Cross, 23, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Lost tablet

A man reported that he left a new children's Nabi tablet on top of his car Monday and drove off in the 4200 block of Chaparral Drive, police said. He has not been able to find the tablet. 

Lost wallet

A woman's wallet was reported lost in the parking lot of K-Mart in the 1100 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said.

Stolen cellphone

A cellphone was taken from a vehicle while parked in the driveway of a residence in the 2000 block of University Drive, police said.

Camera stolen

A camera was stolen from a closet in an apartment residence in the 1200 block of Whispering Hills Court, police said.
