Manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances

Kevin Cameron McPhee, 21, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Edward Allan Poe, 33, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. n Naperville. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. He was transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Aggravated battery

Randall Paul Coleman, 44, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with aggravated battery. He posted bond. 

Theft

Christin Elizabeth Burns, 28, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. in the 500 block of North River Road, police said. She was charged with theft and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Driving under the influence

Roger Clifford Bowman, 21, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. in the 900 block of North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Warrant arrest

Alexandro Acosta-Gramillo, 22, was arrested at 3:22 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond. 

No insurance

Alejandro Rosales-Azcatl, 26, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. near I-88 and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond. 

Theft

An unlocked vehicle was entered and $40 as well as an old Swiss Army knife were removed in the 0-99 block of Oak Bluff Court, police said.
