Police Blotter: Driving Under the Influence, Warrant Arrest, Manufacture and Delivery

Manufacture/Delivery

Brittany Kathleen Hursh, 17, of the 2100 block of Snow Creek Road, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. in the 2200 block of Snow Creek Road, police said. She was charged with manufacture and delivery of controlled substances. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Driving under the influence

Daniel John Geaney, 43, of the 1800 block of Lake Shore Drive in Romeoville, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. at Ace Lane and South Route 59, said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

Warrant

Donna Marie Muehlnickel, 42, of the 300 block of Cedarbrook Road, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. at Cedarbrook and Modaff roads, police said. She was charged on a failure to appear warrant, driving without insurance, driving without a license, failing to signal and disobeying a stop sign.

Suspended license

• Laura Poplin Friedsam, 56, of the 1S500 block of Hawthorne Lane in Wheaton, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. at East Chicago Avenue and Pembroke Road, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and failing to notify the Secretary of State of an address change.
• Harlan James Baumgartner, 22, of the 1000 block of Hemlock Lane, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Oswego Road and South West Street, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and with a expired registration. His bail was $1,500.
• Casey Lamont Neeley, 39, 30W600 block of Whispering Winds, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. at Fairway Drive and Inland Circle. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Alexandro Acosta-Gramilo, 21, of the 1000 block of Spruce Street in Aurora, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. at North Aurora and Frontenac roads, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. His bail was $2,000.
• Peter Shim, 31, of the 2100 block of Birchwood Lane in Buffalo Grove, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. at South Naper Boulevard and Green Trails Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

Uninsured

Jorge Armando Espinal-Sanchez, 48, of the 800 block of Benedetti Drive, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. at Pacific Drive and West 5th Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving without insurance and driving without a license. His bail was $2,000.
