Police Blotter: Driving Under the Influence, Burglarized Vehicles

Driving on a suspended license
Leon Jamil Morton, 24, of 3000 block of Southwest 94thStreet in Oklahoma City, Okla. was arrested at 12:20 a.m. in the 1500 block of Naperville/Wheaton Road and charged with driving on a suspended, revoked license and violating lights and lamps act, police said. Bail was set at $1,500.
Edward Warren Tolbert, 32, of 2800 block of Vernal Lane was arrested at 12:51 a.m. in the 2800 block of Rutland Circle and Vernal Lane and charged with driving on a suspended, revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to give a signal and an expired registration, according to police. Bail was set at $2,000.
Adalberto Flores-Tores, 72, of the 200 block of Hampdon Court, Bolingbrook was arrested in the 0 block of Royce Road and South Washington Street and charged with driving on a suspended, revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle and failing to give a signal, police said. His bail was set at $2,000.

Interfering with officers
Juan Jose Alvarado, 20, of the 10 block of Testa Drive in Naperville was arrested at 3:15 a.m. at the same address and charged interfering with an officer, police said. He ran and struggled with officers while they were investigating a noise complaint, according to police. His bond was set at $120.
Driving under influence of drugs
Kara J. Dolan-Laudi, 36, of the 1300 block of Modaff Road was arrested at 7:49 a.m. at Brookdale Road and Beaver Drive and charged with driving without a license and one count of driving under the influence of drugs, according to police.

Battery
Nicholas Robert Trotter, 33, of the 100 block of North Center Street was arrested at 9:14 p.m. in the 100 block of Center Street and charged with disorderly conduct, battery and battery with intent to do bodily harm, according to police. His bail was set at $1,500.
Warrant arrest
Morgan Katherine Rodriguez, 18, of the 100 block of North Sleight Street, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. at the same address on a failure to appear warrant out of DuPage County, police said. Her bail was set at $5,000. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Burglary to vehicle
A 41-year-old man in the 1500 block of Bond Street reported that between 7:20 a.m. Wednesday and 7:20 a.m. Thursday a dark gray Hyundai Santa Fe had the passenger door window shattered overnight and a Garmin GPS was taken from where it was adhered on the window, police said.
A 43-year-old man in the 1200 block of Hollingswood Avenue reported Thursday that between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday his vehicle was entered overnight and a laptop and GPS were stolen, according to police.
A 39-year-old man in the 1800 block of Continental Avenue reported that between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 10:04 a.m. Thursday a GPS unit was stolen from a tan Toyota Highlander after the driver’s door window was shattered, police said.
Pellet gun found on fence
A 50-year-old woman in the 1400 block of Carleton Circle reported at 11:24 a.m. that she found a black pellet gun lying on the fence, police said. The pellet gun was submitted into evidence.
Missing plates
A 32-year-old woman in the 0 block of Bunting Lane reported that a front license plate was taken between 8 a.m. Sunday and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
A 64-year-old man in the 1000 block of Prairie View Court reported at 1:45 p.m. that a license plate was taken off a motorcycle, police said.
Road rage
A 17-year-old at Columbia Street and the Burlington Northern Railroad reported that between 5 and 5:20 p.m. he was followed after a driving altercation and a suspect opened his car door and slapped him, according to police.
Damaged mailbox
A 60-year-old man in the 27100 bock of High Meadow Road reported that between June 8 and 9 his mailbox was damaged, police said. The mailbox had two dents, one as if hit with a long straight object and the other a rounded dent.
