Police Blotter: Disorderly Conduct, Lost and Found Pets and Fanny Pack

Naperville Police Department reports, June 6

Wednesday, June 6

Disorderly conduct

Peter Gregory Disanto, 34, of the first block of Driscoll Drive in Framingham, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. in the first block of West Chicago Avenue, said. He was charged with disorderly conduct. His bond was $120.

No driver's license

David Anthony Gutierrez, 23, of the 2400 block of South Crescent Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. near Palmer Circle and White Eagle Drive, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification, failure to give a signal, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding and no driver’s license. His bond was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

Anthony Mark Shadley, 25, of the 1600 block of Country Lakes Drive, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. near West Van Buren Avenue and South Webster Street, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Lost dog

A rat terrier was reported lost in the 4200 block of Colton Drive, police said.

Found kitten

A kitten was found at the intersection of 95th Street and South Route 59, police said.

Lost fanny pack

A man lost his black fanny pack in the PawPaw parking lot at 2:30 p.m. June 5, police said.
