Francisco Velazquez-Popoca, 58, of the 4000 block of West Altgeld in Chicago, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and South Route 59, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with no driver's license and no front/rear plate/permit display. His bail was $1,500.

Mohammed S. Rafiuddin, 60, of the 100 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with three counts of theft. His bail was $1,500.

Shane Benjamin Koesler, 26, of the 200 block of Deerpath Drive in Oswego, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. in the 1200 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His bail was $3,000
Counterfeit $20
A clerk turned in a counterfeit $20 bill to police that she found in a safe in the 1900 block of Brookdale Drive, police said.
