Police Blotter: Burglary Arrest, Firearm Possession, Tires Punctured

Burglary arrest

Stephen N. Moore, 17, of the 900 block of West New York Street in Aurora, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive, said. He was charged with burglary from a vehicle by force. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Possession 

  • Timothy Blaire Stephenson, 20, of the 1600 block of Cumberland Road in Aurora, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. near North Aurora Road and Frontenac Road, police said. He was charged with speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.
  • Jaclyn Ann Zeiger, 19, of the 100 block of South Highpoint Drive in Romeoville, was arrested near South Washington Street and East Hillside Road, police said. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and speeding. Her bond was $120.

Illegal ammunition/firearm possession

Steve Pete Anton, 51, of the 800 block of Pomeroon Street, was arrested at 12:33 a.m. at his residence. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm/invalid FOID and interfering with domestic reporting. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Unlawful acquistion of controlled substance

Julie Ruth Carman, 45, of the 800 block of Benedetti Drive, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. in the 600 block of North Route 59, police said. She was charged with unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance. Her bond was $1,500.

Theft

A 40-year-old man reported his tools were stolen from his van in the 1300 block of Bond Street, police said.

Tires punctured

  • All four tires on two vehicles were punctured in the 2700 block of Wendy Drive, police said.
  • Police said a victim’s passenger front tire was punctured with a sharp object between 6:30 p.m. and 1 a.m. Thursday in the 4200 block of Falkner Drive.

Car keyed

A vehicle was keyed in the 2500 block of West 75th street, police said.
