Police Blotter: Burglary Arrest, DUI, Retail Theft, Bikes Stolen

Naperville Police Department reports, July 20-22

Friday, July 20

Driving under the influence

  • Erin Taylor Spiniolas, 22, of the 700 block of Seafarer Drive, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. near Route 59 and Ferry Road, said. She was charged with disobeying a traffic control signal, following too close, operating a vehicle without insurance and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Ralph Charles Deluccia, 31, of the 3000 block of West Valley Forger Circle in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. near the first block of East 5th Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with violating the lights and lamps act, speeding and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Retail theft

  • Lena Grace Loubriel, 57, of the 13700 block of Medow Lane in Plainfield, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. in the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bail was $1,500.
  • Rosibel Y. Rivera, 43, of the 1700 block of Melborne Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. in the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bail was $1,500.

Trespassing

Cullen Patrick McInerney, 47, of the P.O. Box 26, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. in the 200 block of South Columbia Street, police said. He was charged with trespassing to home and criminal trespass to land. His bail was $1,500.

Burglary

Daniel Brian Holland, 36, of the 600 block of Thornwood Drive, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. in the 1500 block of Bond Street, police said. He was charged with burglary and Illinois vehicle code felonies. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Warrant arrest 

Weiguo Cheng, 38, of the 2500 block of Dewes Lane, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $1,000.

Suspended/revoked license 

  • Karl Benson Tilleman, 24, of the 200 block of North Hobson in Mesa, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. near Route 59 and West Jefferson Street, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage, driving on a suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $2,000.
  • Deante Jaenell Jones, 19, of the 500 block of Marshall Avenue in Bellwood, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. near Bookdale Road and Raymond Drive, police said. He was charged with speeding, driving on a suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $3,000.

Battery

Diandre Lanell Grant, 18, of the 600 block of Cambridge Way in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. in the 300 block of West Briarcliff in Bolingbrook, police said. He was charged with battery and battery/bodily harm. His bail was $3,000.

Possession of a controlled substance 

Marcus Alan Penton, 23, of the 500 block of Hartford Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. near North Washington Street and East 11th Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Stolen bikes

A boys blue/orange Roadmaster and women’s blue/white Schwinn bikes were stolen in the 500 block of East Bailey Road, police said.

Wallet stolen

A wallet was stolen in the 200 block of South Route 59, police said.

Saturday, July 21

Property damage

  • Monque Armon Cannon, 18, of the 100 block of North Williams Street in Westmont, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 100 block of East 6th Avenue, police said. He was charged with knowingly damaging property and consumption of alcohol by a minor. His bail was $1,500.
  • George Tysean Walker, 20, of the 300 block of West Ogden Avenue, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. in the 300 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass to land, consumption of alcohol by a minor, knowingly damaging property and consumption of liquor by a minor. His bond was $120.

Fighting

  • Marcus Gregory Rose, 30, of the 1900 block of Town Drive, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with fighting. His bond was $120.
  • Matthew Scott Lipschultz, 30, of the first block of Penny Court, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with fighting. His bond was $120.

Contributing to delinquency of a minor

Jose Humberto Herrera, 38, of the 1100 block of Andover court, was arrested at 3:28 a.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for hosting party. His bond was $120.

Possession of cannabis 

  • Kyle Adam Sears, 22, of the 2000 block of Black Road in Joliet, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. in the first block of West Van Buren Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing identification, possession of cannabis and two failure-to-appear warrants. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Timothy Nicholas Tonkin, 23, of the 700 block of Crestview Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. in the first block of West Van Buren Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. His bail was $1,500.

Harassment via electronic communication

Steven Bernard Ford, 23, of the 400 block of 74th Street in Downers Grove, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charge with harass/electronic communication. His bond was $200.

Interfering with an officer 

Jeffery Kurt Lynch, 30, of the 200 block of Windsor in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.

iPod taken

An iPod was stolen from a center console in the 2200 block of Foxboro Lane, police said.

Stolen bike 

A bike was taken from an open garage in the 4700 block of Niswender Drive, police said.

Sunday, July 22

Criminal trespass 

Kristina Marie Gamboa, 20, of the 100 block of Springwood Drive, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. in the 100 block of Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with disorderly conduct breach of peace and criminal trespass to land. Her bond was $120.

Fighting 

  • Crystal Lynnette Butler, 18, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. in the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, police said. She was charged with fighting. Her bond was $120.
  • Andrez Jamillah Williams, 18, of the 1500 block of Avati Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. in the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, police said. She was charged with fighting. Her bond was $120. 
  • Joshalynn Charmaine Starks, 18, of the 3100 block of Bromley Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. in the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, police said. She was charged with fighting. Her bond was $120.

Disorderly conduct

  • Dajuan Marquel Thompson, 18, of the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. at his home, police said. He was charge with disorderly conduct. His bond was $120. 
  • Devoughn Cordale Hill, 19, of the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with resisting a peace officer, battery/bodily harm, disorderly conduct and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Theft/deception

Reid L. Stone, 36, of the 1000 block of  Plum Hollow Court, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue, police said. He was charged with theft/deception. His bond was $150.

Obstructing identification

Brandon J. L. Davis-Kuykendall, 19, of the first block of Elmcreek Drive in Elmhurst, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. in the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification and transported to DuPage County Bond Court.

Warrant arrest

Jeffery Sharkey, 22, of the 2000 block of Fox Pointe Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. in the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Theft of labor/services 

Noel Dominguez, 25, of the 800 block of East Benton Street in Aurora, was arrested at 2:51 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Route 59, police said. He was charged with theft of labor/services. His bail was $1,500.
