Police Blotter: Battery and Disorderly Conduct

Naperville police reports, April 6.

Wednesday, April 6

Battery

Zachary M. Rantissi, 20, of the 2700 block of Flagstone Circle in , was arrested around 11:45 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave. Police said he was charged with four counts of battery and one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana. His bail was set at $2,000.

Warrant arrest

Police said Merrill A. McGhee, 30, of the 1900 block of Heather Drive in Aurora, was arrested around midnight near the intersection of North Washington Street and West Fifth Avenue on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was set at $4,000.

Disorderly conduct

Roy L. Weil, 18, of the 1300 block of Creighton Avenue in Naperville, was arrested around 11 p.m. in the 400 block of Aspen Court, police said. He was charged with unlawful use of weapons, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Retail theft

Geovanni Jiminez, 18, of the 300 block of East New York Street in Aurora, was arrested around 7 p.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59 and charged with retail theft. His bail was set at $1,500, police said.
