Police Blotter: Aggravated DUI, Retail Theft, Graffiti

Warrant arrest

  • Stephanie Ann Konarski, 33, of the 900 block of North Brainard Street, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Ogden Avenue,  said. She was charged with driving on suspended/revoked license and a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bail was $1,500.
  • Corey James Anderson, 20, of the 2700 block of Sweetbroom Court, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. in the 2300 block of High Meadow Road, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $7,000.
  • Catherine Ann Lippencott, 40, of the 1400 block of Ambleside Circle, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. in the 100 block of Olesen Drive, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Aggravated driving under the influence

Satinderjit Singh Bal, 47, of the 200 block of West Rand Road in Lakemoor, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. near North Route 59 and Brookdale Road, police said. He was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting a peace officer, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and failure to reduce speed. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Retail theft 

Ebony Tiara Lucas, 21, of the 5500 block of South Winchester Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bond was $120.

Possession of a controlled substance

Eric Louis Pappalardo, 19, of the 500 block of Seville Avenue, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. in the 600 block of River Road, police said. He was charged with a traffic control violation, possession of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Protection order violation

Fred William Abrams, 48, of the 100 block of North Loomis Street, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with violation of a protection order. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Graffiti

Graffiti was found in a men’s restroom in the 600 block of North Route 59, police said.

Matthew was here

Someone scratched “matthew" and "MW 2012” onto wet cement sidewalks in the 200 block of North Eagle Street, police said.

Bike found 

A bike was found near Maplefield Road and Millbrook Drive, police said.

Stolen snowblower and lawnmower

A Toro snowblower and lawnmower were taken from a garage in the 2300 block of New Haven Court, police said.

Lost cat

A cat was reported lost in the 2200 block of Petworth Court, police said.
