Police Blotter: Aggravated Battery, Cannabis Possession

Possession

• Michael Benjamin Bettis, 23, of the 100 block of Cranberry Street in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. in the 1700 block of Baybrook Lane, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.
• Police said Christian Dior Brown, 19, of the 6500 block of South Ellis in Chicago, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. in the 2200 block of West Diehl Road. She was charged with possession of cannabis, less than 2.5 grams. Her bond was $120.
• Labyron Darnell Pinkney, 20, of the 14000 block of Etchingham Drive in Lockport, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. at 95th Street and Showplace Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failing to signal, driving without a license and on a failure to appear warrant from DuPage County. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
• Matthew Michael Kuhn, 20, of the 1600 block of Vincent Court, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. in the 1700 block of Baybrook Lane, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.

Driving under the influence

• Maurice Lenell Neely, 30, of the 100 block of Wedgeport Circle in Romeoville, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. at South Route 59 and 111th Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane use. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said , 59, of the first block of Briarwood Circle in Oak Brook, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. in the 1200 block of East Diehl Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300. 

Unlicensed

Edgardo Hernandez, 24, of the the 100 block of North Lancaster in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. at East Hillside Road and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance. His bond was $200.

Aggravated battery

Kyle Anthony Rhoden, 18, of the first block of Ingleshire Road in Montgomery, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. in the 1200 block of Bond Street, police said. (1220 Bond Street). He was charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated battery of a school employee. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. 

Warrant arrest

Crystal G. Noland, 29, of the 200 block of Conde Street in West Chicago, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. at the , 1350 Aurora Ave. Police said she was charged on an original warrant connected with endangering the health and life of a child. Her bail was $7,500.
