Police Blotter: A Disguised Scale, Stolen Plate and More

Possession

Richard Daniel Milord, 27, of the 1600 block of Cove Court, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Harlow, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and violating the lights and lamps act. He was stopped in connection with driving without headlights and police smelled cannabis. Police found a small amount of cannabis along with a pipe and a scale disguised as an iTouch, reports said. His bond was $120. 

Unlicensed

Eduardo Segundo-Diaz, 20, of the 400 block of Greentree Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at Olympus Drive and West 75th Street, police said. He was charged with improper parking on a roadway, driving without insurance and driving without a license. His bail was $2,000.

Criminal trespass

It was reported that someone in the 1400 block of East Chicago Avenue defecated on or near a wall at a pool club sometime between Feb. 1 and Feb. 4, police said.

Theft

A 40-year-old woman in the 1700 block of South Washington Street reported that on Monday someone stole the front license plate off of her vehicle, police said.
