Nathan Robert Kilian, 23, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with theft of labor/services. He posted bond.

Leaving a scented trail
Approximately $1,154 in fragrances were stolen in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue, police said.
Property damage
An entrance sign and roadway lights were damaged in the 3400 block of Club Drive, police said.
