Police Blotter: 6 DUI Arrests, Possession of Cannabis, Thief Shows Classical Side

Naperville Police Department reports, Jan. 11 -13

Friday, Jan. 11

Disorderly conduct

Adam James Brady, 27, of the 14000 block of Campbell Avenue in Posen, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with disorderly conduct. His bail was 7,500.

  • Brandon Michael Davis, 25, of the 1000 block of North Mill Street, was arrested near Valley Drive and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Michael Walter Bricker, 60, of the 1800 block of South Washington Street, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, driving on a suspended/revoked license and illegal transportation of liquor. His bail was $3,000.

Warrant arrest

  • Christopher Paul Tarman, 31, of the 100 block of Robert Court in Bartlett, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. near Stoney Brook Drive and South Naper Boulevard, police said. He was charged on a warrant. His bail was $5,000.
  • Joe Scott Martinez, 36, of the 1100 block of North Webster Street, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged on two warrants, driving on a suspended/revoked license, disregarding a stop sign, violating the lamps and lights act, defective side/rear/windshield and no restraint for a child under 4 years. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Dawn Marie Mudd, 40, of the 900 block of North Main Street, was arrested at 4 p.m. near Washington Street and West Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged on two warrants. Her bail was $6,000.

Suspended/revoked license

  • Rosario Cruz-Juarez, 40, of the 500 block of Mountain Street in Aurora, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. near Raymond Drive and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and improper lane usage. His bail was $1,500.
  • Deonica Yvonne Cluberson, 30, of the 2100 block of Feldott Lane, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. near Ogden and Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with failure to to yield to a private road or drive and driving with a suspended/revoked license. Her bail was $1,500.
  • Marco Antonio Chavez, 30, of the 700 block of Benedetti Drive, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. near Royal St. George Drive and West Ogden, police said. He was charged with no insurance and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $2,000.

Possession of cannabis

Robert Dante Franklin, 21, of the 600 block of Blackstone Court in Aurora, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. in the 1300 block of Tennyson Lane, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120. 

 

Saturday, Jan. 12 

Warrant arrest

Sean Michael Pe, 21, of the 0-99 block of Picnic Court Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. in the 2100 block of CityGate Lane, police said. He was charged on a warrant and transported to Will County Jail. 

Driving under the influence

  • Anthony Allen Emma, 28, of the 300 block of South Beverly Street in Wheaton, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. near Millennium Lane and North River Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $100.
  • Tina Michelle Costello, 34, of the 7200 block of Richmond Avenue in Darien, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. near 75th Street and Oxford Lane, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Her bail was $3,000.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Luis Fernando Hernandez, 18, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. near New York Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with violating the lamps and lights act and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.

Possession of a controlled substance

Hayley Ann Neal, 21, of the 700 block of Torrington Drive, was arrested at 10:41 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis and speeding. Her bail was $30,000.

Possession of cannabis

  • Andre Rodriguez, 32, of the 10000 block of Avenue G in Chicago, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. near Argyll Lane and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with violating the lamps and lights act, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.
  • Zachary Thomas Bullock, 18, of the 400 block of Vaughn Circle in Aurora, was arrested at 3:53 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Frontenac Road, police said. He was charged with speeding, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and possession of cannabis. His bail was $3,000.

 

Sunday, Jan. 13 

Possession of cannabis

Maximillian David Burling, 18, of the 200 block of Powers Avenue in Pekin, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. in the 100 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.

Driving under the influence

  • John Chcko Karimkuttyil, 58, of the 400 block of Bourbon Lane, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. near Benton Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. His bail was $3,000.
  • Carol Simon Medina, 35, of the 0-99 block of Briar Street in Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. near 75th Street and Wehrli Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing justice. His bail was $3,000.

Retail theft

Marylou Vaness, 51, of the 15000 block of East Stardust Drive in Fountain Hills, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. in the 2600 block of West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bail was $1,500.

Theft

Tires and rims were taken off of a vehicle in the 1300 block of Cortland Drive, police said.

Thief shows classical side

A Klaus Mueller cello was taken from a music room in the 3700 block of Lawrence Drive, police said.
