Police Blotter: 2 Retail Theft Arrests, iPhone Stolen, Disorderly Conduct

Marcos Arturo Chavez, 21, of the 500 block of Iroquois Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. near East 8th Avenue and North Washington Street, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with no driver's license and speeding. His bail was $1,500.

  • Terrell Devon Smith, 30, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft. He posted bond.
  • Michael Walls, 27, of the 9100 block of Eggelston Street in Chicago, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft. He posted bond.

Disorderly conduct

Christopher William Brown, 32, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. in 100 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct. He posted bond.

iPhone Stolen

An Apple iPhone 4S was stolen from a locker in the 1800 block of Freedom Drive, police said.
