Naperville Police Department reports, May 3 - 5

Friday, May 3

DUI

  • Suzanne Nicole Barham, 34, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. near 75th Street and Naper Boulevard, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 
  • Theodore J. Pryor, 21, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. near 7th Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Gilberto Marquez-Tello, 25, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. 
  • Darin David Fink, 42, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. near I-88 and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Warrant

Katarzyna Barlik, 30, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. near River Oak Drive and South Naper Boulevard, police said. She was charged on a warrant. She posted bond.

Failure to give aid/information

Karyn Marie Tupek, 28, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. near Jefferson Avenue and South Washington Street, police said. She was charged with failure to give aid or information. She posted bond.

Battery 

Peter John Dunning, 30, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Naper Boulevard, police said. He was charged with battery and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

No insurance

Robert Edward Strader, 59, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. near 248th Avenue and Wolfs Crossing Road, police said. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle. He posted bond. 

No license

Alberto Padilla, 41, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. near Washington Street and West 8th Avenue, police said. He was charged with no driver's license. He posted bond. 

Saturday, May 4

DUI

  • Tamara Leigh Fitzgerald, 29, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. near Feldott Lane and West Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.
  • Amanda Nicole Glenn, 25, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Birchwood Drive, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 
  • Emily Sarah Johnson, 22, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. near Washington Street and East Hillside Road, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Shane Allen Gilson, 25, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. near Route 59 and North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond.

No insurance

Zakee Muneer Edwards, 31, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. near Diehl Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond. 

Speeding 

Antonio Vincent Martinelli, 33, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. near 91st Street and Wolfs Crossing Road, police said. He was charged with speeding 38 mph over the limit. He posted bond. 

Sunday, May 5

Retail theft

Christopher John Lee, 37, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. near Hobson Road and College Road, police said. He was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

DUI

  • Benjamin Bryan Lance, 23, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. near Columbia Street and East Van Buren Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Karina Magdalena Ramirez-Europa, 39, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. near 75th Street and South Washington Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 
  • Michael Joseph Thompson, 50, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. near 75th Street and Plainfield/Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Sean Michael Arnold, 33, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. near Fort Hill Drive and Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with aggravated driving under the influence and transported to DuPage County Jail. 
  • Richard Turner Matter, 60, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. in the 900 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Rimas Braziulis, 39, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. near 95th Street and Book Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Matthew Oliver Kaley, 51, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. near 75th Street and Modaff Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Warrant

Herman Vargas-Reyes, 22, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Route 59, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond. 

Possession of controlled substance

Jonathon Antonio Franco, 21, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. near Rickert Drive and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Possession of cannabis

Felipe Pena, 24, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Rickert Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 

Theft

A Milwaukee brand "wire tugger" valued at $2,000 was stolen from the 4300 block of 91st Street, police said.

Mailbox damaged

A mailbox was damaged int eh 0-99 block of North River Road, police said.

Attempted burglary

Attempted burglary from a vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Harmony Court, police said.

Stolen purse

A purse was stolen in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said.

Graffiti

"COMN" was found spray painted in three areas in the 2600 block of Wolfs Crossing Road, police said.

Counterfeit bill

A counterfeit $50 bill was used at a business in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road
