Police: Armed Robber Hits Mobil Christmas Morning
Offender made off with undisclosed amount of money, police said.
An armed robber struck a Mobil Gas, 1304 Plainfield Road, early Christmas morning, police said.
According to police a lone masked gunman stole an undisclosed amount of money from the store at approximately 3:07 a.m. Police searched the area for the gunman, who was armed with a handgun, but were unable to locate the offender.
The offender was described as a black male between 35- and 40-years-old, approximately 5’10” and 210 pounds, with brown eyes and a mustache, according to the report. He was last seen wearing an Air Jordan jacket, gray or black wind pants and armed with a black semi-automatic handgun, police said.
