Naperville Teen Arrested for Selling Heroin

A 19-year-old Naperville man has been arrested for selling 49 bags of heroin valued at $1,000 to an undercover cop during an investigation into the local drug dealer, police said.

Amari D. Hill, of 1513 West Jefferson St., was arrested on March 18 in a parking lot near the intersection of Ogden and Jefferson avenues and is charged with one count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.

The investigation into Amari began in February when Naperville police received a tip that a subject was selling large quantities of heroin from an apartment complex on West Jefferson Street, according to a Naperville Police Department press release.

During the course of the investigation, officers made multiple purchases of heroin  from Hill. Officers later learned he was transporting heroin from the west side of Chicago to Naperville.

Hill was transferred to the DuPage County jail following his arrest and has since been released on bond.

It's Testa Drive, Whispering Trails Apartments. This incident occurred in the Jefferson Street Condominiums. If you're going to insult a group of people, at least insult the correct group.
