Naperville Police Seek Leads After Two Boys Struck by Car

Police said a driver struck two young boys while they were on their bicycles.

Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who struck two young boys while they were riding their bicycles south of downtown Naperville.

A woman in her 60s hit the two boys with her car as they were riding their bikes on the sidewalk in the 900 block of South Washington Street around 2:30 p.m. Thursday, police said. 

The boys were injured, but did not require medical attention, according to police reports. Both bicycles were damaged as a result of the incident.

Police said the woman was wearing glasses and driving a tan and white car, possibly a Honda. No further description of the hit-and-run driver was given. 

Naperville police are currently investigating the incident.
